Narghis is a lawyer with 25 years of experience specialized in asset management, corporate finance and M&A. He has advised in the structuring, placement and management funds for more than US$ 35 billion. Prior to founding LexFinance, Narghis was Founder and Managing Partner of Torres + Asociados, General Counsel of BankBoston N.A. (Peruvian Branch) and Santander Investment Peru.

He is recognized by Who´s Who Legal as “experienced corporate and financing lawyer (…) and has a superb track record of managing legal claims and risks in Latin America and worldwide”.

Narghis holds a Master in Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Chicago, where he attended as a Fulbright Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Law and Political Science from the National University of San Marcos (Lima, Peru).

He was also Professor of Law, teaching courses on Securities Regulation, Corporate Finance and Asset Management at the National University of San Marcos Law School, ESAN University and Catholic University of Peru.
