Gneomar has more than fifteen years of experience in risk and financial management. He also has knowledge of computer science tools and information technology.

Before working at LexFinance, Gneomar worked as Financial Consultant at Opportunity Investments (2011- 2014). He was also an Operational Risk Manager and Market Planning and Risk Manager of Financiera TFC, and has advised other financial institutions and companies on financial planning as a consultant.

Gneomar has a Master´s in Finance from ESAN Business School and has a joint degree in Financial Risk Management (ESAN and the American Academy of Financial Management). He is also a Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA) and holds a Bachelor´s degree in Engineering from Universidad Villarreal (Lima, Peru).
