Diego is an experienced Lawyer specialized in Corporate Law, M&A and Banking Law. Prior to joining Lexfinance, Diego was a General Counsel of BTG Pactual (Peru) and General Counsel of Constructora OAS (Peru). He was also an Associate of Miranda & Amado Abogados (Peru) and has worked at Motta, Fernandez Rocha Advogados in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Diego has Bachelor´s degree in Law from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). He also has postgraduate studies in M&A, securities market regulation, infrastructure concessions and banking from Universidad ESAN and Universidad del Pacífico. Diego has also served as a Professor of Law in several universities in Peru.
