Carlos is a Legal Analyst at LexFinance, with experience in corporate law, M&A and securities regulation. Before working at LexFinance, Carlos was Legal Assistant at Torres + Asociados where he provided advice and performed due diligence in commercial and financial transactions.

Carlos is Bachelor in Law from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He also has an International Diploma in Corporate Law from Universidad ESAN (first of his class) and a Commercial & Investment Arbitration Certification by Universidad Alcala de Henares (Spain) and the Peruvian Arbitration Institute. Carlos is Teacher’s Assistant in Corporate Law at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Carlos was member of the University Council of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
