Bernardo is one of the world’s pioneers in international arbitration. His experience centres on commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration, including both local and international disputes. Bernardo also acts as an arbitrator and regularly appears as a speaker at international arbitration conferences. Bernardo holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Sevilla and a Ph.D. from the University of Cologne. He is Professor of Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Bernardo currently is the Founding Partner of Cremades & Asociados, a leading Spanish boutique Law firm specialized in arbitration.
